Customer Consent at Vehicle Check-In

This page shows how CollisionIQ collects SMS consent from customers at the time of vehicle check-in. No login is required to view this page.

How consent is collected
When a customer drops off their vehicle, the service advisor opens this check-in form on their device. Before the form can be submitted, the advisor must check the consent checkbox below confirming the customer has agreed to receive text messages. The checkbox is unchecked by default. The submit button remains disabled until consent is confirmed. Consent timestamp is recorded automatically at submission.
